30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, tableware and linens must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. No restocking fee applies.

This address is in France; U.S. customers should consider international return postage when requesting a change-of-mind return.
Who pays return shipping
If we made an error, or your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost and will provide instructions. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost to our address in France. Contact us before arranging a return so we can confirm the appropriate process.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution. The unused, undamaged condition required for ordinary returns does not prevent a claim about an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. No restocking fee is charged.
